Club Meeting:
Our next meeting will be on November 12th at 7:30 p.m. at the Commissioners office.
Tournament Results:
Tim will be covering results from the past several tournaments and have final results for the year.
Tournament Director for 2010
Who will be next year’s tournament director? Bill is still taking letters for this position for the 2010 season.
Show-span 2010
Bill will cover this as to the schedule, etc. The trout pond is a great time to connect with kids and to enjoy the show as well.
Banquet Report
Darren and Dave L. will be going over some ideas for the banquet.
Hawthorne Valley is an idea and an afternoon buffet with a banquet is one of the ideas we have.
ELECTIONS
At the November meeting we will be having our yearly elections. If you want to run for a board seat or for President, Vice-President, Treasurer or Secretary please have
someone make a motion at the meeting to put your name in the hat.
Club Dues
Club dues need to be in before the December presidents meeting. Please make arrangements with Jay to have your $60 dollars to him before the December meeting.
Executive Meeting
The November executive meeting will be moving to a new location. This spot will better serve the need for more room and a quieter atmosphere. CJ’s on Richardson and Haggerty is the new place for our next meeting. All are welcome to join.
